Echo Property Management ("Echo," "we," "us") operates echoproperties.us (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site and how we use it.

If you are a current resident and sign our SMS consent addendum, we collect your mobile number and your consent record (date and form signed) in order to text you about repair requests and rent reminders. See our SMS program page for details.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing for SMS is limited to service providers, such as our messaging carrier, that deliver the messages on our behalf.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Resident payments and service requests are handled through the Resident Center at residentcenter.com, which is operated by a third party and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not collect payment card or bank information on this Site.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing investing@echoproperties.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state law, and we will honor valid requests as required.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
